Hi friends! Hope all is going smoothly for you this week; ours has not gone as expected as one of my children fell sick early this week and had to stay home rather than join me for IDEA World Well Being Conference this afternoon. I returned all three kids home from camp safely and decided not to travel as an in-depth contact for fear that someone gets sick (though I feel absolutely fine and am enjoying myself safely.). Though I may feel some FOMO for Vegas adventures (and was really hoping to spend time with Giselle and Ashley!), this week is being used for studying my IHP certification exam and organizing closets before school starts back up again.
Today I thought I’d share some of my top health and lifestyle finds from Nordstrom Anniversary Sale that are under $50! Although some shoppers may view it negatively due to an abundance of similar merchandise repeating itself and there not being as much variety, I always take advantage of this sale by stocking up on staple items at lower costs; perfect time for holiday gifts as well as purchasing school & winter essentials (jackets/Ugg boots!).

For women: Shorts pajamas have quickly become one of the go-to items when it comes to sleeping attire or just lounging around at home, often taking them along for low intensity exercise or out with you while wearing low top sneakers or other stylish apparel.
Ruched Costume. I found multiple colors of this costume quickly online! You could wear wedges or booties, sandals, or sneakers with it for casual events – or put wedges or booties over it as part of an elaborate costume ensemble! I myself own many colors & have easily ordered another!
