These keto cheesecake bars provide the ideal canvas for sweet, decadent toppings of every sort imaginable – chocolate drizzle, strawberry sauce or simply slices of fruit are some of my personal favourites – though caramel sauce might work too! All sugar free too.

Full Time (50 min), Servings 16 ( 16 people ), Power 202kcal mes Instruction Preheat your oven to 350 F and spray an 9×9 baking dish with cooking spray before beginning this recipe.
Combine almond flour, granular sweetener and melted butter in a medium mixing bowl until everything is thoroughly mixed together. Transfer this crust mixture to an 8×8 dish using your hands to spread and press into an evenly distributed crust layer. Bake in your oven for 20 minutes then allow time for cooling before taking out of the oven and relaxing!
Combine cream cheese and sweetener in an electric mixer until well mixed; stir in eggs, vanilla extract and bitter cream before continuing the mixing process for one additional minute. Pour this batter evenly onto your crust base.
Bake in an already preheated oven at 300 F for 20 minutes. Allow it to cool on the counter for one hour before placing into the fridge for at least four hours – slice into 16 equal slices to enjoy!
