Can I Substitute Different Fruit? Absolutely! Feel free to incorporate any favorite fruits of your teenager, seasonal produce or cut down seasonal berries that might work in this recipe into the dairy-free yogurt base. I like chopping on my chopping mat before pouring any residual juices back in with the dairy-free yogurt for maximum flavour! You could try making use of stone fruits like oranges and bananas or using crushed fresh berries instead to mix with it all at the end.
What Dairy-Free Yogurt Should be Used in This Dip? Parents often ask me how best to add more energy and fats into dairy-free children’s diets, and starting here with this Peach Yogurt Dip can be the ideal place. Personally I favor So Delicious brand because its large tubs offer value. But other coconut yogurt varieties could offer higher fat and delicious richness – for more options check our Best Dairy-Free Yogurt Data list of recommendations!
Should My Dairy-Free Yogurt Already Be Sweetened With Sweetener or Should I Keep Adding Additional Sweeteners?
Personally, I recommend starting off by sweetening with fruit juice only and only add additional sweeteners if necessary – some dairy-free yogurts already are quite sweet!

Recipe Type: Snack and Cuisine Type: Americanoccupy 4 (8-inch) whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas cut into eight portions each, cut them up using your knife, spray with healthful oil spray (olive or avocado is best), add 1 teaspoon sugar (with or without brown sugar for sweetener), 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon per tortilla cut out separately.
Assemble 4 (4-ounce) peach fruit cups similar to Libby’s Diced Peaches with 1 cup dairy-free yogurt (ideally plain or vanilla unsweetened ), 2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar for vegan versions, and place all these components on an ovenproof baking sheet, preheating it at 400degF before preheating your oven to bake!
Place tortilla wedges onto a baking sheet, brush or spray them lightly with oil, and whisk together 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon with 2/3 cup sugar in a small bowl before spreading over each object on your sheet.
Bake tortillas at 400o F for five to six minutes until their edges just start to become crisp. Transfer chips onto a cooling rack. Drain fruit but save two tablespoons of juice or syrup as an ingredient for flavor enhancement.
Divide the fruit among four cups or bowls. In a separate small bowl, whisk together any reserved fruit juice/syrup/syrupeety sweetner (e.g. maple syrup/maple sugar etc), dairy-free yogurt/ghee/honey mixture along with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to create the fruit dressing mixture and divide among these 4 cups or bowls above the fruit.
